Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Photos or video showing the problem

      If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the product:

      Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

       

      Non-Returnable Situations

      We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

      • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

      • Change of mind after shipping ( order cancellation )

      • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

      Return Timeframe

      If a return is approved:

      • Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery

      • Returns sent later may not be accepted

        International returns may take several weeks or months depending on location.
        In rare cases, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
